Health insurance companies

MED TRUST has been an experienced and reliable healthcare partner in Austria for decades. On behalf of the ÖGK Österreichische Gesundheitskasse (Austrian health insurance fund) and other health insurance companies, we reliably supply a wide range of customer groups with healthcare products and services.

With our own branches in Europe, we are also a long-standing, valued partner in many other national healthcare systems.

Due to the different forms of supply in the healthcare systems and the different health insurance companies, MED TRUST has developed a specific and small-scale care system in each country.

In Austria, this means that MED TRUST supplies the insured, starting with the prescription by the doctor directly in the hospital or by a doctor in private practice, through to individual follow-up supplies as quarterly or half-yearly deliveries. There are also individual deliveries at irregular intervals to cover patients’ additional requirements. A significant part of this special administration is the billing with the individual health insurance companies.
